This cheese factory was founded more than 80 years ago. It produces about 25 wheels of Parmesan cheese per day using traditional production techniques. The visits are organized by the Consorzio del Parmigiano Reggiano. This is an opportunity to discover how one of the most famous Italian cheeses in the world is produced, from the arrival at the cheese dairy of the milk from the cows with strictly controlled feeding to the rooms where the wheels of cheese rest. Tasting at the end of the visit and shop on site for cheese shopping.
