With its large and beautiful vaulted hall, this very elegant restaurant, located just a few steps from Piazza del Popolo, is the most chic restaurant in the city. Its different menus offer an exceptional regional cuisine, where fresh and seasonal products are the order of the day. The dishes are sophisticated and of great refinement. The menu based on white truffle is unforgettable as is the menu of the sea which is composed of oysters, shrimps with fennel, lobster, dandelion and lime... Enough to make your mouth water!
