Housed in a Roman building still decorated with frescoes, this osteria is a bubble of tranquillity in the heart of the historic centre. The specialities of the Marche are recited with talent. The olive oil of Cartoceto, a real nectar produced in the region, is the perfect accompaniment to antipasti (very good starters based on cold meats!). Maltagliati, pea and vongole soup is worth trying: it's an explosion of flavours! And for dessert, try the ricotta and pine nut tart or the zuppa inglese ... Everything is delicious!

Ogni volta che ci torno è una soddisfazione: esternamente non colpisce molto, l'interno è particolare (è edificio antico e costruito su resti romani), ma quello che fa la differenza è il menù: gnocchi alla bacco in primis; cucina tradizionale rivisitata, soprattutto di terra. Non è da chef 5 stelle ma si mangia molto bene.
