DUOMO
Magnificent cathedral classified as a world heritage site by Unesco, in neoclassical style.
Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the magnificent Cathedral of Urbino was transformed in the 18th century and its façade, dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta, dates from the 19th century, in neoclassical style. Located in Piazza Duca Federico, the building was rebuilt in the 15th century under Federico da Montefeltro and again at the end of the 18th century. The cathedral retains the neoclassical style that you will see today. Inside you can see an Ultima Cena by Barocci and a suckling Madonna by Andrea da Bologna.
