A modern and spacious villa offering a few rooms with a breathtaking view of Ascoli.
First of all, it is the breathtaking view of Ascoli that surprises. Then you discover a modern villa, spacious and decorated with great care. There are only a few rooms at Salvatore's, and this allows him to take care of each guest. In summer, breakfast is served in the beautiful garden. In the winter, you can enjoy the large but cosy lounge. On the menu, there are always local and fresh products. In 2017, Salvatore also renovated a small house a few steps away from Villa Fortezza: ask him to see his Antique Rooms...

Salvatore is een zeer attente,goede gastheer alles is heel fijn verzorgd. Aan het ontbijt wordt er elke gang iets heerlijks voorgezet, elke dag weer n mooi programma te doen( wandelen naar de kerk van Eremo di SanMarco of een mooi boekje met rondleiding in Ascoli Picena).
Ascoli Piceno is erg leuk om te bezoeken en natuurlijk heerlijk eten.
Een buitengewoon goed verblijf gehad in Villa Fortezza. Komen hier graag terug.
Infine la posizione è ottimale: poco lontana dal centro, ma ideale per la calma e relax.
Ci siamo trovati veramente bene.
La struttura si divide in due zone, la prima " la fortezza con camere recuperate e ristrutturate seguendo ed utilizzando materiali naturali con un risultato a dir poco elegante e caldo...la seconda "la casa di Salvatore inondata in ogni anfratto con opere ,oggetti d'epoca e tant altro...ognuno con una storia alle spalle.
Il proprietario Salvatore accoglie,coccola,e segue con i suoi consigli tutti i suoi ospiti ... incominciando dalla colazione al mattino che prepara personalmente con prodotti freschi e in parte fatta da lui al momento...tutto ciò accompagnato da un magnifico giradischi che suona in sottofondo magnifiche canzoni dei tempi passati.
