A modern and spacious villa offering a few rooms with a breathtaking view of Ascoli.

First of all, it is the breathtaking view of Ascoli that surprises. Then you discover a modern villa, spacious and decorated with great care. There are only a few rooms at Salvatore's, and this allows him to take care of each guest. In summer, breakfast is served in the beautiful garden. In the winter, you can enjoy the large but cosy lounge. On the menu, there are always local and fresh products. In 2017, Salvatore also renovated a small house a few steps away from Villa Fortezza: ask him to see his Antique Rooms...

Abbiamo passato quí 2 fantastici giorni, Salvatore offre un servizio impeccabile, la colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità, le camere spaziose e pulite. Unico neo, visto il grande caldo di questi giorni, la mancanza di aria condizionata ( il ventilatore di notte risulta un pò scomodo) ma se si pensa all'ideologia della struttura è capibile che possa non esserci.
Ottima anche la posizione a 2 passi dal centro storico, se non si hanno problemi con le gambe, la grande scalinata ti permette di arrivare in centro in 5 minuti. Consigliatissimo!!!
