Housed in a big yellow building, this small hotel is nice, cheap and superbly located, right in the city center. We like the bright rooms decorated in the style of six local and international contemporary artists: Picasso, Vasarely, Miro, Christo, Veličković and Jankulovski. The establishment actually takes its name from the prestigious Osten Gallery in the building next door. It's modern (Wifi, air conditioning, good bathroom...) and the staff is welcoming. But you have to prepare your own breakfast in the common kitchen.
