This 17th-century Orthodox church remodeled until the 19th century (Црква Света Богородица Каменско/Crkva Sveta Bogorodica Kamensko) is located in the small neighborhood of Kamensko adjoining the charchia on the eastern slopes of the hill of Samuel's fortress. It houses a beautiful wooden iconostasis made in the 19th century by master carvers from the Debar region. Part of the frescoes and icons of the iconostasis were painted in 1863 by the great Dico Zograf.
