The beautiful village of Brajčino (pronounced "braïchtino") now has just 60 inhabitants, but there are 5 B&Bs (reservations at the same number: +389 70 57 65 15) in pleasant surroundings at an altitude of 1,000 m, below Mount Baba. Vila Raskrsnica is a stone-built complex with a garden. The rooms are old-fashioned but charming, with Wi-Fi and en-suite bathrooms. Above all, it's a good restaurant serving typical local specialities and the starting point for a hike to Lake Golemo Ezero, in the Pelister National Park (13 km).
