GRNE (ГРНЕ)
Located in the same building as Russian consulate, the «Pichet» restaurant passes to be the best traditional establishment in the city. It serves the čorba (soup) and omelets in the morning. On the menu are the unmissable Slavo-Macedonian cuisine (taverice, stuffed peppers, stuffed peppers), as well as local specialties served in terracotta pots, such as snails and vegetables and wild mushrooms. Very good grill, good wines and homemade bread, all at a very reasonable price. By descending Širok Sokak street, you will also find pelagonian specialties in the restaurants Bure (No. 82) and Korzo (No. 95). In Sveti Kiril i Metodij (perpendicular to Širok Sokak), the De Niro pizzeria (n ° 5) also serves some local dishes and Kus Kus (n ° 2) revisit the Macedonian gastronomy slightly and proposes a local version of the couscous thanks to the influence of a French leader.
