This hotel-restaurant (Мотел-Ресторан Чифлик) is located at the southern tip of Lake Kozjak and on the banks of the Belička River, in the hamlet of Dolna Belica/Долна Белица, which has around 30 permanent inhabitants. The rooms are simple, a little narrow but super-clean and with a balcony in the great outdoors. The restaurant serves good home cooking and farmed or lake fish. In the same hamlet, you'll also find Motel Belica (facebook.com/motel.belica), which offers much the same facilities. Two good addresses at low prices.
