Founded in 1969, the mountaineering sports association Lisec (Друштвото за Планинарски Спортови Лисец) specializes in excursions on Mount Plačkovica. This massif extends to the southeast, between Kočani and Radoviš, with Mount Lisec as its highest point (1,754 m above sea level). The association runs two refuges and organizes a small rock festival there in July. Throughout the year, it offers climbing, caving, mountaineering, orienteering and mountain running activities. It is possible to participate in some outings.
