Parfait pour un déjeûner ou un dîner tranquille. Personnel à l'écoute. Plats traditionnels top et surtout tarte flambées succulentes. Bravo ! ????

Bonjour, j' ai commandé un cordon bleu de porc traditionnel, garniture de l assiette impeccable, quantités largement suffisante, pommes de terre sautées un délice et salade verte très bien assaisonnee,donne vraiment envie jusqu'à ce que je commence à manger mon cordon bleu, comment dire je cherche encore le fromage et à l' intérieur de la chapelure ???? Et l épaisseur de la chapelure à l extérieur très croustillante mais 5mm je trouve ça exagéré . Le munster frit par contre nickel.Voilà je suis moi aussi cuisinier, donc je peux comprendre que se genre de chose peuvent arriver.
Je reviendrais, je ne reste pas sur un échec .
