Restaurant offering traditional French Normandy and regional cuisine in Pont-l’Evêque.
The imposing red facade announces the colour, here we do not pretend and the audacity pays off, the locals willingly sit down there followed by birds of passage who regularly stop at this restaurant. Here, it’s a local colour and we don’t hesitate to try! Norman and local cuisine with offal in the spotlight. The apparent sobriety of the decoration counterbalances the blend of flavours worked on the plate. When you don’t know, you taste, that’s what you learn as a child and here you come out growing up: veal head with gribiche sauce, pan-fried brains, mustard kidneys... Generously decorated with good fresh vegetables, all from small local producers, happiness is within reach! Far from the current minimalist cuisine, the recipes of this great Bouchon, which have been happily revisited, also honour fish, beef and poultry, and therefore celebrate this traditional French cuisine that we love, timeless, shared with friends or family, with a smile on our faces.
