Located on the waterfront, just in front of the Vendôme Hotel, La Maison de l'Artisan is an initiative of the Lebanese State (Ministry of Social Affairs) for the promotion of local crafts. This initiative concerns hundreds of craftsmen throughout Lebanon who participate in this process of conservation of old manufacturing methods (such as lace). For lack of being an address as innovative and creative as its competitors, this shop is very pleasant and offers competitive prices.
