The Pacifico was the main instigator of the restoration boom in Monnot in the late 1990s. This famous Mexican restaurant moved in early 2015 to a beautiful traditional building at the top of the street. As soon as you push the door of the establishment, you are transported directly to Central America. Wooden fans, colourful walls, margharita glasses scrolling past... The restaurant has a very pleasant garden terrace where you can just have a drink. The cocktails of the Pacifico are also very famous.
