BAB SHARKI LE JARDIN
Armenian and Aleppo restaurant in Beirut with shaded terrace.
Opened in early 2016 in the heart of Trabaud Street, Bab Sharki offers good Armenian and Aleppo cuisine, unpretentious but well-made, prepared with fresh produce. The only drawback is that the portions are a little small for the prices offered. The restaurant has a very pleasant shaded terrace (on weekends, it is better to book to sit outside) and a very nice stone interior room. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the atmosphere goes up a notch with the presence of a singer who sings popular Syrian tunes.
