Restaurant in the city center with terrace and a breathtaking view of Beirut.
Located in the heart of downtown, the Capitol is one of the most beautiful rooftops in Beirut. Located at the top of the Asseily building, it offers a breathtaking view of the city and especially of the Al Amine mosque. At nightfall, the panorama is stunning! Without a reservation, it is almost impossible to have a table, especially on weekend evenings. That said, there is often room at the counter: an opportunity for bartenders to explain the different cocktails.
