Open from 6am, Soussi welcomes you in a rather shabby and tired room with plastic chairs and tables. Don't stop at these details. The service is ultra fast and you eat copiously: hummus, foul, fatté (chickpeas, yoghurt, pine nuts and roasted almonds), omelettes, etc. El-Soussi is also known for its giblets (liver, brains, lamb mignonettes), even if you have to have your heart set on tasting its specialities from the early morning. But the amateurs will appreciate it! Sahtein!
