FALAFEL TABBARA

Open for 40 years, the Tabbarah brand sells one of the best falafels in Hamra. Not easy to find, this small neighborhood snack bar, where you take your sandwich, is located on Tabari Street, a street perpendicular to Emile Edde Street, between the Royal Garden Hotel and the Ghalayini snack bar. On the left sidewalk, next to a hairdresser. There is only a sandwich on the menu, falafels with pickled radishes, tomatoes, onions and a good dose of parsley. A recipe that hasn't changed since the snack bar opened, but it's still a sure thing.
