MARROUCHE
Restaurant located on Sidani Street in Beirut offering chicken sandwiches.
Although the historic restaurant in Hamra closed recently, the Manara branch is still very successful. The Marrouche snack bar is famous for its chicken sandwiches with garlic sauce. An employee reheats a loaf of bread and fills it with chicken and the famous sauce made in Marrouche. The price is a little more expensive than average, but it's good. It's also the meeting place for Beirut's night owls after the clubs close: Marrouche opens at the first light of dawn: ideal for a bite to eat before a well-deserved rest.
