DAR BISTRO & BOOKS
Restaurant-library with terrace and photography workshop in Beirut.
Between Hamra and Clemenceau, it is impossible to miss the futuristic reinforced concrete building of the Interdesign Gallery. From there, a dead end leads to Dar Bistro & Books, a café-restaurant-library on the ground floor of a historic building in Hamra. This small bistro with a retro decor is a quiet and friendly place where you can feel good. Its shaded terrace is delightful and invites you to stay there for hours, tasting their excellent mezze. At the back of the restaurant, there is a small bookshop and on the first floor, a photography workshop, Dar al Mussawir.
