Talal's Hotel is located in a dead end perpendicular to Charles-Helou Avenue, with access on either side by the Kartell and Warde Steel & Metal brands. There is no sign indicating the entrance to the hotel, which is on the first floor of the first building on the left when entering the dead end. Rough comfort but the rooms are generally clean and well maintained. Most of them have air conditioning. A kitchen area is available for guests who would like to prepare their meals.

A lot of tourists, backpackers and young people in course, or make odd jobs and prefer to stay rather than to rent a too expensive apartment.
The area is central, it is perfect to go for a drink in the evening with Gemmayze or take a bus to the North of the country Charles Helou bus station.
