Located in the heart of the Ain el-Mreissé district near the Radisson Blu, the Charles Hotel with 65 rooms, was built in 1974 and then completely renovated in 2004. Unfortunately, it would soon need a new refreshment. A. and a ambiance brin. But the rates are interesting. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, the view of the balconies is not superb, you will see a bit of the sea, but mostly dilapidated buildings, including the old Hotel Pacific.
