TORINO EXPRESS

The Torino is the institution of Gemmayze! A tiny bar opened in 2004 by Andreas Boulos, born in Germany to a German mother and a Lebanese father, who has made this place a symbol of the cosmopolitanism so dear to Beirut. During the day, people come to drink a coffee at the counter and eat a quick sandwich. In the evening, the bar fills up quickly and you have to elbow your way through to make a place for yourself, but it's worth it! The cocktails are good, the shots too, the waiters are nice and the music is very good. A place not to be missed!
