INAASH
Founded in 1969, INAASH has trained more than 2,000 Palestinian refugee women in the art of traditional Palestinian embroidery, providing them with a vital income. Nearly 300 women are currently employed by the organization. The INAASH team is also recognized for its work of exceptional quality, with pieces based on traditional patterns, models and colours. The organization also collaborates with local and foreign artists and designers to enrich its own collections. INAASH embroidery has been exhibited at the Sackler Gallery of the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, the British Museum, the Tate Modern in London and the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
