Between the Starco Business Centre and the Grand Hyatt Hotel (under construction at the time of writing) is Zaitunay Square. Inaugurated in November 2011, it was designed by Gustason Porter, an American firm of landscape architects, also in charge of redeveloping the area around the Eiffel Tower for the 2024 Olympic Games. The square features large flagstones, greenery, plays of light and water basins. The result is quite impressive and gives an ultra-modern touch to this place.
