The Janine Rubeiz Gallery is one of the references in the Lebanese art world. Janine Rubeiz is one of the founders of Dar el-Fan (the house of art) in 1967. With the civil war, she decided to continue exhibiting works in her own apartment in Raouché, a few meters from the Pigeon Cave. Janine Rubeiz died in 1992. Her daughter Nadine Begdache takes over and passionately takes care of the gallery, which organizes six to eight exhibitions a year. The fame of the gallery also attracts international artists.
