A very famous sign in Borj Hammoud. Located at the intersection of the street of Armenia and the street that runs along the church of St. Vartan, Mano is a very clean snack bar. As its name suggests, its speciality is basterma, a dried beef. A delicacy of Armenian cuisine. And if customers have been coming to Mano since it opened in 1966, it is above all for the quality of their meat, never too fatty and perfectly spiced. High chairs on the sidewalk allow you to sit down while enjoying your sandwich.
