If the opportunity arises, insist on getting a table upstairs, from which you have a splendid view of the harbour, most certainly the best of the city. In the fun restaurant (small fish in an aquarium, elegant tables that flirt with the robustness of the marine framework), the chef fully assumes the classicism of his kitchen, both in the choice of starters and dishes and desserts. Marine Tartare, lemon butter sauce, mussels and calamari, fruits of the stuffed seas breathe freshness and their flavours are particularly appreciable. Also attractive, the crumble and chocolate duo or baked apple, yogurt in mango juice. All this is worth a little walk on the harbour and the pier. A good idea, isn’t it, to prolong this sweet moment? Ah! The sea air...
