Over the past year, talented chefs Didier Robin and Hugo Genty have formed a close partnership with Pierre Vandaële, our in-house market gardener. The fruit of this exceptional collaboration takes the form of a menu called "Au fil des Saisons", highlighting seasonal produce and its authentic flavours. And, to the delight of our taste buds, two new tempting options have been added: a vegetarian menu and a tasting menu featuring a flagship product specific to each season.
