Local food restaurant-bistro offering homemade fish soup at reasonable prices.

Digestible and generous at the same time, the cuisine evolves, here, with the seasons, nuanced with flavours from elsewhere (anise, curry, spices...) and local products (pommeau, calvados, beurre blanc...). The day of our visit: a homemade fish soup, tripe "à la mode de Caen au cidre" and an apple terrine with salted butter caramel. Only good, fresh, authentic, homemade food! On the menu, the rabbit with mustard, the fillet of St Pierre with sorrel or the sole meunière prove that the chef masters the land as well as the sea.

On y etait un samedi midi les enfants ont pu aller s amuser ds la salle de jeu du restaurant (!) pendant que nous on prenait plaisir à dejeuner. les plats sont bons et genereux ! bonne adresse à port en bessen
