Museum of Underwater Wrecks and the history of the D-Day landings near Port-en-Bessin, worth a visit.

Near Port-en-Bessin, here’s a place for scuba diving and D-Day history enthusiasts. Personal objects and relics from large warships sunk on or after 6th June 1944, and recovered over 25 years of exploration of the Normandy seabed, are brought back to life. Their history is reconstructed and explained, enabling visitors to get up close and personal with the men and women who came into contact with these objects and experienced the conflict from the inside.

Beau musée mais un peu cher (32€ pour 4 adultes) et sans toilettes. Son film est trop long (52 min), ancien avec beaucoup de musiques (douces) pour peu d'explications. De plus, sa muséographie est plutôt ancienne.

Petit détour dans un musée pas comme les autres puisqu'il renferme un nombres inimaginable de véhicules (chars),armes et objets en tout genres.......30 années de fouille sous marine je vous le recommande car il est exceptionnel ❤????????
