The story of Zahkia Moujahed begins in 1984, off the coast of Byblos. This sea lover had opened a small restaurant on the island of Al Jazeera, where he prepared mezze and grilled fish for the delight of the few customers who made the crossing. When this small island was declared public property, Zakhia moved her restaurant to Amchit. Today, this establishment is one of the most famous on the coast.
