Opened in November 2015, Via Mina is a charming hotel that offers 22 rooms with a very refined decoration. Built in a late 19th century house that reflects the architectural codes of French colonial style, this establishment has a restaurant that serves good quality international cuisine, a bar and an outdoor swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, the furniture very beautiful, the floors superb. The bathrooms are worthy of the best five-star hotels in Beirut. A huge lounge, which opens onto a garden terrace, occupies the ground floor of the hotel. Very friendly French-speaking welcome. Near Via Mina, Labban Street is home to the neighbourhood's restaurants and bars. Probably the best address in Tripoli!

I placed twice in Hotel Via Mina. It is very well located, it is in the harbour district of Tripoli, near my Mino laughs where all the bars and restaurants of the city (where you can consume alcohol in Tripoli which is a very conservative city). The orle is very clean, warm welcome, the spacious rooms and very comfortable. The prices are high enough for those who had planned to spend a few days in Tripoli… For tight budgets, remember to book for St-Francis convent well in advance because the place is very popular.
