Opened in 2013 by Irène Alouf, a former social assistant who lived in Brazil for a long time, Beit el Kroum has a remarkable location on the heights of Zahle. This family pension offers eight comfortable rooms with a personalised decoration, most of which offer panoramic views of the Bekaa valley. The house has a cosy small swimming pool and a restaurant open midday and evening which offers traditional Lebanese cuisine based on organic products. In summer, a barbecue is organised every weekend from 11 am to 16 pm. For 55 dollars, guests enjoy a rich lunch, open bar and can enjoy the swimming pool and the garden.
