GRAND HÔTEL KADRI
Opened in 1906 in a th century building, Hotel Kadri has always been the hotel reference in Zahle. Occupied by the Turkish army in 1914 and converted into a hospital, he then served in the French army in 1920 during the French term to proclaim the creation of the Great Lebanon. General de Gaulle stayed there in 1942. Transformed into a hotel, it was seriously damaged during the Lebanese civil war, especially from 1981. Renovated in 1997, the hotel closed in 2011 and reopened in 2013 after important work. Grand Hotel Kadri offers high-class services today. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The hotel has two restaurants, a terrace bar open in the summer, a large outdoor swimming pool and a gym.
