TERBOL MUSEUM
Inaugurated in 2004, this Bekaa ecemuseum is located in a traditional home of the Rami family. This remains a testament to the richness and specificity of traditional local architecture. It is built in dried bricks, then coated with earth and then heated. Its roof consists of a wooden frame covered with rocks and land. The house is compartmentalized in several units: Liwan, living room, reserve where the summer harvest was stored. The other rooms have been arranged in the exhibition room and in the shop. The storage spaces sometimes embedded in the walls will be noticed. Outside, a garden returns the agricultural landscape of the Bekaa plain. If the door is closed, you must call Mr. Jean (++961 3 283 850) which will open you.
