This little Roman temple was also richly decorated as those of Baalbek. The walls of the cella, very degraded, are nevertheless kept on almost all their height. The fortifications surfaced the temple, which dates back to the th or th centuries. Then it was converted to a fortress by the Abbasides. The site remains a vast area of ruins with many scattered blocks. Once at the top you will have a beautiful panorama.
