Inn offering dishes prepared with fresh and seasonal products, burgers, and meats.
15 km from Pont-L’Evêque, this table, dressed in green, with all that it offers in country and authentic, is a happy surprise. Julien at the service and his wife, in the kitchen, left the coast and the famous "Steam" (whose apron Julien kept) to take us to Quetteville. Happy conversion to the old village grocery store where children came to fill their pockets with candy when they left school just 50 years ago. "L’Ecole Buissonnière" is well named! Open your eyes wide, breathe in the chlorophyll and enjoy your plate of fresh and seasonal produce. Countryside fields and seafood merrily meet (the sea is 20 minutes away) and are as much in contact with our grandmothers’ dishes as they are with our grandmothers’ dishes. Here it is veal head and sweet potato chips, fish & chips, burgers, sea bream fillet and various salads. Fireplace and grills, in winter. Cool! Cool! The hostel is next to the petanque ground and close to a long hiking trail (7 km, dotted with pretty houses). In a word, a family table, without fuss, where cider, perry and the pommel of the Ferme des Parquets (it is in Fourneville, near Honfleur), very willingly fill our glasses. We would have stayed, here!
