At the entrance to the square, under the arcades, this address was established in 1922. Da Michele is a timeless bistro with a large counter and wood-fired oven, where you'll be served pizza al tegamino, a small, crunchy pizza presented directly in its mould. The menu also features traditional Piedmontese dishes, with a nod to Liguria with farinata (chickpea pancakes), and to Tuscany with ribollita (bread and vegetables simmered in court-bouillon). Authentic, relaxed atmosphere of a family kitchen.
