Hats off to Marcello Trentini! This young chef is the first Turinese to have been awarded a Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe (Young Restaurateurs of Europe) star, followed by a Michelin star. And with good reason: his restaurant on the Cours San Maurizio has become one of the city's gastronomic landmarks. Warm rabbit salad with hazelnuts, steak tartare with oysters, bouillabaisse, duck à la Marengo...
