Scannabue is at the top of the list of restaurants currently in vogue in the Piedmontese capital and has plenty to defend its cause. In the heart of the cool San Salvario district, the successful setting of the venue oscillates between that of a Parisian bistro and that of an English club. Leather, wood, mirrors, zinc and bottles surround the small tables with green tablecloths, close together. Very fresh, the raw materials selected in the kitchen make up regional dishes without reproach. Wine list to match the cuisine.

Cibo di qualità, ad eccezione della guancia che a mio parere strettamente personale risultava troppo dolce e quindi stucchevole. Agnolotti e vitello invece ottimi. Il servizio potrebbe essere più attento: tempi lunghi per ordinare; servendo pane grissini e olio compresi nel coperto (molto graditi!) avrebbero potuto portare anche un piattino per provare l'olio sul pane.
