Bistro, wine bar, pastificio, Le Vitel Étonné has been mixing genres since 2001, with more than successful results. The atmosphere of this neighborhood brasserie is informal, and the menu follows market arrivals, with three different starters, three different primi (pasta or risotto) and three different secondi (meat or fish) every day. The specialty is the typical Turin vitel tonné, thin slices of roast veal covered with a tuna and caper mayonnaise sauce. Pair tajarin with Bra sausage, or braised meat with barbera, with a good wine from the cellar!
