Despite its success, the atmosphere remains warm and welcoming, and the cuisine is typically Piedmontese, using traditional recipes: vitello tonnato, knife-cut beef tartare, various boiled meats, beef agnolotti... The region's classic dishes will hold no secrets for you! Presentations are meticulous and the wine cellar is, of course, excellent. Passeggiamo, la fame si fa sentire, telefoniamo alle tre galline con poche speranze ma un tavolo si libera e non ci lasciamo sfuggire l’occasione.
