Despite its success, the atmosphere remains warm and welcoming, and the cuisine is typically Piedmontese, using traditional recipes: vitello tonnato, knife-cut beef tartare, various boiled meats, beef agnolotti... The region's classic dishes will hold no secrets for you! Presentations are meticulous and the wine cellar is, of course, excellent.
