A quality hotel like the Grand Hôtel Sitea couldn't fail to have a restaurant to match. Elegant, bright and welcoming at the same time, class is everywhere at the Carignano, from the Empire-style decor to the content of the plates. The pretty blue-and-gold-toned dining room overlooks the delightful interior garden. The menu, which changes with the seasons, offers international cuisine that also honors traditional Piedmontese dishes. The wine list is outstanding and the service simply impeccable.

We were staying in the hotel next-door so we decided to have our first night dinner there. Good choice the food was very good we ate inside there’s also outside dining. Also, we had a Greek salad which we shared which was delicious I had sea bass fillet very good with the tomatoes and olives and the fried potato underneath. Also had a pasta dish with lots of cheese. The waiter Andreas. was excellent. He was helpful. He spoke English and helped us make decisions. This is definitely a place if you’re in the area to go the food was good, unfortunately I was full to try the

Nous avons mangé dans la partie bistrot du restaurant (carlo e Camillo), et avons passé un super moment. Le service est très sympa et les plats vraiment très bons.
