We had a wonderful dinner with our guests at the vintage 1997. the food was delicious, the hospitality was great! Will come again next time to have such a superb evening again!

Mi sono recato presso Vintage 1997 Piazza Solferino, 16 H, 10121 Torino TO , con buone aspettative visto il fregio della stella Michelin. Dopo un accoglienza pittoresca da parte del titolare, mi sono trovato in un ambiente decadente e polveroso , con arredamenti che ricordavano fasti passati, e mise en place dei tavoli sommaria. Avendo concordato, già in fase di prenotazione , un menu vegetariano (obbligatorio per tutto il tavolo) ho scelto alla carta solo il vino unica nota positiva. Il cibo presentato è impiattato senza cognizione , le ricette slegate ed i piatti diversi da quelli descritti sul sito. Si nota sin da subito che il menu "vegetariano" è un adattamento di piatti non vegetariani , a cui sono state semplicemente sostituite le materie prime. La qualità dei piatti scarsissima salvo il piatto di tagliatelle fatto in casa . il servizio inesistente anche dopo che abbiamo fato presente che i alcuni piatti erano immaginabili perchè salati o freddi. Il dolce non si poteva tagliare neanche con il coltello ndr.
Prezzo del menu 75 euro .
Decisamente non una bella esperienza e la sensazione di aver gettato via il denaro.
