In the San Salvario district, not far from Valentino Park, this small, friendly restaurant opened in September 2023, offering carefully prepared dishes served in a relaxed atmosphere. The dishes are inspired by Piedmontese tradition, but with a highly original twist. The result of this new cuisine: tasty, light dishes, accompanied by a well-composed wine list and warm, helpful service and advice. A welcome new address in this rapidly changing district.
