The restaurants of the actor and comedian Pietro Chiambretti and his company Food & Company almost never disappoint. Here is one which has an exceptional frame, under the Galleria Subalpina, in the corner with Piazza Castello. The original cuisine offers Piedmontese dishes as well as Japanese sushi. Excellent wine list with over 250 labels.

Eravamo stati qualche anno fa e devo dire che è peggiorato molto. Pranzo di domenica. Antipasto flan buono. I primi piatti ( gnocchi e agnolotti) immangiabili. Pasta cruda e salsa insapore. Abbiamo lasciato tutto nel piatto il cameriere non ci ha nemmeno chiesto perché avessimo lasciato le pietanze. Il menu offre Cucina piemontese con aggiunta di sushi. Scelta dei vino basica.
Appena arrivati alla cassa abbiamo detto che i primi piatti non erano immangiabili e a quel punto la cassiera ci ha tolto un primo dal conto. Mah.

Pranzo deludente: sugo degli agnolotti acquato, fritto misto di pesce di bassa qualità, mochi da evitare, ecc. Le terza stella va al servizio e al locale.

Incredible tartare Villeto. Wonderful menu and helpful staff happy do give recommendations. I did not try the sushi but it seemed very good too!
